This week is a bit hectic for us. We'll be out of the house 2 nights this week and hubby will be gone an additional night. So, even though I'm planning on certain meals, they may not happen.
Here's the tentative plan for dinners this week:
Monday: Hamburgers on the grill, boxed mac and cheese
Tuesday: Leftover night *
Wednesday: Grilled cheese sandwiches *
Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, asparagus
Friday: Leftover hamburgers, waffle fries *
Saturday: Corn dog Casserole
Sunday: Pork and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, corn, biscuits
* = the nights we'll be away from home, I have a meal planned in case we end up at home during meal time, but if not, we'll adjust the rotation a bit.
