My husband uses a lot of hot sauce.  He'll try any brand or variety of hot sauce, but his favorite brand is Tabasco.  It's a classic. We always have the original Tabasco in our fridge, as well as, the Chipotle Pepper Sauce. 

I add them both to a lot of recipes and if I don't, Joe will usually add a few dashes of hot sauce to his own serving. 

I was recently checking out the Tabasco website.  Their site it fun and very informative.
